In den von den faschistischen deutschen Truppen besetzten Gebieten der Sowjetunion, Mai 1942
Die Zivilbevölkerung in Artjomowsk (Ukraine) muß sich in dem von der deutschen Verwaltung eingerichteten Arbeitsamt melden, um bei Tauglichkeit als Zwangsarbeiter in der deutschen Rüstungsindustrie eingesetzt zu werden.
Vor dem Abtransport nach Deutschland werden die Arbeitsdienstverpflichteten untersucht.
