Object history

Die obere Schildhälfte verweist auf die ehemalige Zugehörigkeit zur Wild- und Rheingrafschaft und zeigt das Gerichtssiegel der Wild- und Rheingräflichen Hochgerichts Rhaunen.

Die untere Schildhälfte zeigt die Wappensymbole der ehemaligen Herren von Wiltberg, als Herren von Schwerbach. Im Jahre 1310 wurde auf Geheiß der Herren von Wiltberg eine Kapelle gebaut.
