Čeština: Znak obce Puchlovice, okres Hradec Králové, Česko.
List tvoří čtyři vodorovné pruhy v poměru 3 : 6 : 1 : 2, žluto-černě šachovaný (3 x 18), modrý s pěti šesticípými hvězdami (3, 2), bílý a zelený. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
