Description

Sich sonnende Ringelnatter (Natrix natrix natrix), fotografiert im April 2004 von soebe in Schweden.

  • Beschreibung: Das Foto entstand im April 2004 zwischen den Trümmern einer Burgruine in Schweden. Um eine Nahaufnahme von dem Tier machen zu können, hatte ich mich über die Steine, die innerhalb der Burgruine lagen, vorsichtig angenähert. Dabei hatte ich einen losen Stein leicht erschüttert. Davon aufgeschreckt hatte sich die Ringelnatter unter einem Stein zurückgezogen. Nach einer Weile guckte das Tier sichernd zwischen den Steinen hervor. Dabei konnte ich eine kleine Fotoserie vom Kopf und Rumpf des Tieres aus nächster Nähe schiessen. Von diesen Bildern ist meines Erachtens das schönste. Nachdem sich das Tier davon überzeugt hatte, das ihm keine Gefahr droht, kroch es in der Grundmauer der Burgruine hinauf und sonnte sich dort. Dort konnte ich das Tier in ganzer Länge fotografieren.
