Italiano: D’azzurro, alla torre quadrata aperta e finestrata dal campo, al naturale, di pietra a due palchi merlati alla ghibellina, rispettivamente di nove e sette pezzi, nell’inferiore munito ad ogni angolo di garitta, la torre fondata su un monte di tre cime di verde e sostenente un’aquila romana coronata d’oro, a volo spiegato e con la testa rivoltata, di nero, cucita, col capo di nero, coricato di un crescente d’argento, sormontato da una stella a otto punte, d’oro. Motto: « CIVIUM ROMANORUM COLONIA ».
