NOTE: There are 81 images from this flickr account which all seem to be licensed as 'cc by 2.0.' This image was first uploaded on Wikipedia by user Gligan before Bkell (an Admin on wikipedia) moved it here.

Internet archive records like this from October 2007 show the flickr owner licensed all his images freely in 2006/2007. We also have other images which were flickrreviewed here , here and here in 2007. This other photo was passed in April 2008 by the flickrbot itself. Given this evidence, it seems reasonable to accept this particular image was also licensed 'cc by 2.0' at upload by Dinev. Regards, --Leoboudv (talk) 21:57, 15 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
