Renaiming request

I want to summarize the conflict:

• 1. Aug. 2015, 15:20: Discussion opened at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Flag of New Caledonia.svg requesting that File:Flags of New Caledonia.svg be renamed
• 11. Aug. 2015, 00:36:56:‎ User:LuisAngel01 Requested renaming File:Flags of New Caledonia.svg to File:Pre-IndependenceFlags of New Caledonia.svg; Reason: Affects others links; Criterion 10
• 11. Aug. 2015, 00:39:38:‎ User:Marcus Cyron moved page File:Flags of New Caledonia.svg to File:Pre-IndependenceFlags of New Caledonia.svg: File renaming criterion #3: To correct obvious errors in file names, including misspelled proper nouns, incorrect dates, and misidentified objects or organisms.
• 1. Sep. 2015, 11:00: Discussion at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Flag of New Caledonia.svg is closed after a several editors expressed their disapproval of the move by User:Marcus Cyron
• 6. Sep. 2015, 23:49:23‎: User:Danlaycock wants to rename the File back to File:Flags of New Caledonia.svg. Reason: Revert undiscussed rename which was justified by the dubious claim that is was to "correct obvious errors". However, there was no error. Both of these flags are officially used as flags of New Caledonia. Naming this "Pre-IndependenceFlags of New Caledonia" is like naming File:Flag of Texas.svg File:Pre-Independence Flag of Texas.svg. Both could well become independent in the future, at which point they could adopt new flags, but the names imply that they will become independent.
• 10. Sep. 2015, 16:33:51:‎ User:Mich.kramer Rename request declined: name allready given for a picture
• 11. Sep. 2015, 00:41 User:Danlaycock leaves a note on the talk page of User:Mich.kramer explaining that there is no image at File:Flags of New Caledonia.svg (no response)
• 13. Sep. 2015, 17:19:11‎: User:Danlaycock wants again to rename, same reason
• 13. Sep. 2015, 17:31:55‎: User:Marcus Cyron declined with the reason: First I want to see a full discussion with a result. Before this happans this image will be not again renamed to whatever!

For me, the original reason from User:LuisAngel01 to rename from File:Flags of New Caledonia.svg to File:Pre-IndependenceFlags of New Caledonia.svg (Affects others links; Criterion 10) was invalid as I can not find Criterion 10 on COM:FR. Quite the contrary, Criterium to decline #3 says If a filename in a local project conflicts with a filename at Commons, the file in the local project should be renamed. Renaming it at Commons would mean changing it in 500+ projects instead of just one.. So for me, the first rename of User:Marcus Cyron on 11. Aug. 2015 at 00:39:38‎ with the reason File renaming criterion #3: To correct obvious errors in file names, including misspelled proper nouns, incorrect dates, and misidentified objects or organisms was a violation of the rules and in my opinion the file can be renamed back to the original name. The reason to decline of User:Mich.kramer Name allready given for a picture does also not apply in this case as it is only the redirect to this file. --Capricorn4049 (talk) 16:17, 14 September 2015 (UTC)
