Painting likely replaced by mural

My best understanding is this painted mural from the 1980's was replaced by this mosiac circa 2010. Of interest also is the face this painting shows a date of 1852 whereas the replacement mosaic depicts a date of 1854. Because this is a painting rather than a mosaic per my logical in the nomination of Commons:Deletion requests/2D Murals in Dublin I would also be nominating this for deletion. However the progress of that discussion to date of this post indicates that my logic there is likely flawed for images in the Republic of Ireland and therefore a deletion nomination on that basis would be unreasonable unless that discussion is confirmed as delete.
