This is the opinion of one Lithuanian researcher who claims that a well-known seal specialist was a fraud and forged seals. Moreover, this opinion is not substantiated in any way. This can be reflected as a separate item in a related Wikipedia article. I might add that in the Encyclopedia of GDL (Вялікае княства Літоўскае: Энцыклапедыя = Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Encyclopedia. Vol. 1. P. 222.) published in 2005 by en:National Academy of Sciences of Belarus this seal is provided as the genuine seal of Algierd. In my opinion that's one of the reasons why a sound evidence of generally accepting the mentioned opinion by the scientific community is required. --Kazimier Lachnovič (talk) 13:20, 25 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
