Weird mixture of languages

German users are shown this title: "Selbstporträt holding a portrait of her sister", for Italian users it's "Autoritratto holding a portrait of her sister". That's pretty absurd, resulting from the combination of a multilingual template with monolingual English plain text.

When I wanted to add description lines for EN, DE, IT, I got a "Forbidden" error (no reason specified). So, I'm going to leave it to more experienced users of Wikimedia Commons who may or may not find a solution to fix the absurd mixture of languages. --Martinus KE (talk) 17:16, 10 June 2019 (UTC)
