Aspect ratio[edit]

Hi User:QuickQuokka, I just noticed that the aspect ratio of this image is 4:3, while both flags are 3:2, which makes this image look a little funky. I would imagine it would be an easy fix, just expanding both sides until the ratio is correct, but I don't know how to do SVGs so I couldn't do it myself. Would you be willing to make this change?
