Hi! I undid the removal of Arabic in the title of Israel for the following reasons:
- 1. Hebrew is officially a Hebrew and Arabic-speaking country. Arabic is on Israeli currency, ID cards, etc. Removing Arabic may be seen as a slight against Arabic-speaking Israelis.
- 2. Wikipedia pages may have article titles in multiple languages, and should if the country is officially bilingual. Many countries have more than one official language.
