Is this kind of picture fully acceptable?

I am surprised that this picture did not raise any issue about having a written agreement from the Sikh in the foreground. Is that really acceptable without the proven acceptance of the person shown? --Azurfrog (talk) 16:34, 11 June 2010 (UTC)
