This file should be revised. The quality is poor, the ratio is somehow wrecked and 32MB of data are a bit way off the mark for that resolution. I would even consider a revert to the old version. •  Lirion (Λιριων, Лирион, ليريون)  wtf?21:25, 25 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You're wrong on all counts - the quality is as high as one can get in a printed reproduction, the ratio is exactly the same in the current version as it was in the original, and the 32 megabyte size is irrelevant as it's used in thumbnail on all relevant articles.
There was, however, an issue with moire. I've removed it (using a median averaging filter) and re-uploaded it. As a side effect, the size dropped to 8 megabytes. Raul654 (talk) 03:29, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Moire was one of the points I was talking about when speaking of quality. And on current internet speed standards, 32MB might be still a bit much and giving unnecessary load pressure on our own (i.e. Wikimedia) servers if used frequently.
However, you said that I was wrong on all counts and still acknowledged my opinion in a certain way - so why bother. Thank you ;) •  Lirion (Λιριων, Лирион, ليريون)  wtf?11:15, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The latest one and the one before it won't open up full screen for me, because it 'contains errors'. -- Mentifisto 08:28, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
