This is very obviously not a picture of Blagoveshchensk. This is a city on a sea, with big warships. The name "Vragaeschensk" does not really help. Hope that somebody can give some information on the basis of the text in Japanese. --Paulbe (talk) 13:23, 8 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
