Distortion

Please fix This pie chart distorts data by adding a third dimension, with a "lip" at the bottom giving an extra visual space to some elements of the chart. A proper view would be top-down, which I have created as Image:U.S. party affiliation.png. Unfortunately, I am ignorant about SVG, so I cannot convert it.
