Užice Republic was much bigger. Here is some maps of Užice Republic from historical atlas:

Actually, there are several different views about size of this republic. I do not know which source user George D. Bozovic used for this file (I only made some cosmetic changes in it), but some sources I read are (more-less) corresponding with this view. So, if you want to make some border changes here, I suggest that you make new file under different name which you can use in your home Wikipedia. PANONIAN (talk) 12:11, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The image right is from official Yugoslav military atlas, published in Belgrade in 1952. The differences is too big. --Mladifilozof (talk) 03:11, 9 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yes it is, but differences are coming from different sources. Read this: http://www.znaci.net/00001/85.pdf (pages 8-9). PANONIAN (talk) 09:18, 9 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The idea that the Partisans decided to stop at the border of the Territory of the Military Commander in Serbia is absurd. The map is misleading and inaccurate. --DIREKTOR (TALK) 16:09, 14 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Funny. But you was the one who previously claimed that this map is more accurate than other one which shows that Republic of Užice included parts of Montenegro and Bosnia. You are free to upload your own map under different name of a file with desired borders of Užice republic, are you? PANONIAN (talk) 17:48, 14 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I will, however, again point to this source: http://www.znaci.net/00001/85.pdf page 8: "Postoje različita mišljenja o teritoriji koju je obuhvatala Užička republika. Jedni je svode na užički i čačanski okrug, a drugi smatraju da je zahvatala znatno širi prostor. Smatramo da pod Užičkom republikom treba podrazumevati teritoriju koja se nalazi između Drine i Save, do blizu Beograda." So, according to this quotation, republic was located only within borders of Serbia, which this map shows. If there are different points of view about this question then commons should contain maps which illustrating all these points. PANONIAN (talk) 17:52, 14 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I opposed that image primarily because its another one of your nonsense misleading "maps" that aren't really sourced when you check them, but also because its anachronistic (and don't try to change the subject). Here's a sourced map of rebel territory in September 1941. Its not anachronistic, it doesn't arbitrarily pick and choose what it displays, and most importantly - its sourced properly. Delete this thing, and next time try to invest a bit more effort beyond just drawing a black line on a map of the German occupation zone. --DIREKTOR (TALK) 16:34, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
First of all, this map was made by user George D. Bozovic. He created this map from map of WW2 Serbia (which was created by me) and I only made some aesthetical improvement here, but borders of the Republic of Užice are same as user George D. Bozovic has drawn them. I do not know which source he primarily used for it, but this source confirms borders presented in this map to be one of the "different opinions": http://www.znaci.net/00001/85.pdf Also, this map has aim to show "Republic of Užice" and not "whole rebel territory in Yugoslavia". If you admire how file "Ustanak u Jugoslaviji 1941.png" is made then you are free to use that file in your home wikipedia. PANONIAN (talk) 19:27, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
