 Done without the nonfunctional span – the thumbed image is a block element, it cannot be wrapped inside a span. (And I am not even sure what was the goal of that.) --Mormegil (talk) 12:56, 2 June 2010 (UTC)

Thanks. In test, I tried thumb|left first (that didn't work), but apparently thumb|none is sufficient to left align it. -- User:Docu at 17:35, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
