I now see that the scan of the first edition that I downloaded was an incomplete, damaged copy (missing 20 plates, and water damaged). I am downloading a complete scan, and will extract and upload the coloured plates. I will then replace all the illustrations here of the first edition. --Tony Wills (talk) 23:57, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
