the household or court

I am very curious about who can tell me something about Caiser Carl I's household staff or court. My great-great-grandmother worked there and was sent away from court, because of her pregnancy. She kept her daughter and herself alive near Vienna by making fine embroidery. In our possession is a brooch with the CC as I also saw it on the drawings of the coronation. I am looking for her history (all I know is her name and the brooch) and interested in what can be said about the court and where information from that time can be found.
