	Gemäß deutschem Urheberrechtsgesetz (UrhG) kann ein Fälscher an einer von ihm gefälschten Sache keine Urheberschaft erlangen, (§ 14 UrhG, § 107 UrhG). Da Fälscher unerlaubt handelnde Personen sind, steht ihnen auch keine Miturheberschaft nach § 8 oder § 23 UrhG zu.
	According to German copyright law (UrhG) there cannot be claimed any copyright by the forger as to his forgery (§ 14 UrhG, § 107 UrhG). Because of the fact that forgers are illegally acting persons they are also not entitled for a Co-Copyright in accordance with § 8 or § 23 UrhG.
