This template markes images that in any way have major inaccuracies and where the images may mislead readers and users as to promote false understanding of the concept.
The template automatically sets the following categories: Images with major inaccuracies
Usage

The template should only be used when inaccuracies are:
- Undisputed
- Major
and where they
- disqualify the image from use to illustrate a topic
- are not grounds for immediate deletion
If this template is used a message should be left on the talk page, as described in the template: “See the talk page for further information.” If aspects are merely disputed use the template: {{Factual accuracy}} instead.
