Usage

The template should only be used when inaccuracies are:

  • Undisputed
  • Major

and where they

  • disqualify the image from use to illustrate a topic
  • are not grounds for immediate deletion

If this template is used a message should be left on the talk page, as described in the template: “See the talk page for further information.” If aspects are merely disputed use the template: {{Factual accuracy}} instead.
