[edit]...however, while it's true that https://commons.moegirl.org.cn has a 'CC By NC SA' label, that applies to the site itself...individual media files from their have their own tags (both more and less restrictive), so it would be better to make this one of those templates that warns that it's not a replacement for a copyright tag. Additionally, https://en.moegirl.org.cn and https://ja.moegirl.org.cn are labelled as just 'CC By SA', so for example screenshots of those sites which exclude any incompatible images would be acceptable on Commons.
