Requesting message change

This template currently appears for all uploaders in WLM-US, and implies that a user's email has not been confirmed, even if it has been. The link also forces an email change, even if they already have an email. This has resulted in many confused users reaching out to the WLM organizing team asking for clarification. Asking that the message be changed to this, or something similar:

Your upload was successful. If your photo places in the top-10, you will be contacted via email. If you have not already, please be sure your account has an email address and that it has been confirmed by viewing your preferences here.
