Torrevieja is a coastal city located south of the province of Alicante, with 100.000 inhabitants, it has several kilometers of beaches in the municipality, a characteristic climate which gives us 300 days of sunshine a year and an average annual temperature of 18 degrees.

But not everything is about its location, Torrevieja is known worldwide for its gastronomy, the Mediterranean diet has been recognized by UNESCO as one of the elements of the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage, and in Torrevieja, it is reflected on each plate.
