Please send an OTRS mail to us about the photographs you uploaded

If you are the copyright holder of the photographs you uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, please send an e-mail verifying that. See COM:OTRS for further instructions. Please give the names of each file in the e-mail. You can view all the files you have uploaded here. After sending that e-mail, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file information pages of each file. If no e-mail has been found within a week, the files will be deleted. This procudure must be followed, because the photographs could be also a copyright violation uploaded by someone else than the copyright holder. Please note that by uploading the files to Commons you are irrevocably licensing them with a free license. See our copyright policy for more information. I apologize this inconvinience.
