Priyanka Singh is a Telugu Television/Movie actress, and participated in the Bogg Boss5 Telugu reality show acquiring the Top 7 position. She is the First Transgender personality to complete complete 90 days in a Bigg Boss show in any languages in India.
Life Story
Priynaka Singh was born on 22 November 1996 in a lower middle class family in Amadalavasa, Srikakulam, Andhrapradesh as the fifth son of Dal Bahadur Singh and Varalakshmi. Her Birth name is Tej Bahadur Singh. She has two brothers and three sisters. She has completed her schooling in the local Telugu Medium School and joined for Intermediate course at a college at Srikakulam. Then she abandoned studies and moved to Hyderabad in pursuit of a career in Film industry. There she worked as a makeup assistant for some time and then moved to Bengaluru. There she worked as makeup man to veteran actress Geethanjali. During that perion she got some minor chances in movies to do some lady getup roles. Then she returned to Hyderabad and appeared in some Telugu short film Projects. Seeing her performance, senior comedian Apparao invited her to 'Jabardasth', a popular comedy show in ETV, to do Lady getup roles. Thus she entered ' Jabardasth' and became a Lady getup actor in that show in August 2016. By her performance, she gained attnetion from millions of audience in the name Si Teja Jabardasth and become one of the best female lead actors in that show. She continued in 'Jabardasth' till early June 2018. In February 2018, she underwent a surgery to become a female to fulfil her lifelong dream to become a woman. Just after the surgery she continued in 'jabardasth' show clandestinely, but as the body changes became more and more visible she was banned from the show. Soon after her eviction from the show, she got arthritis and was compelled to stay in bed for a period of nine months. Then again, with her hard work and inborn talent she got some acting chances. In 2019, she appeared in a major villain role in the web series' Kailasapuram' which was telecasted in Zee network. Then she appeared in a transgender oriented short film' Maronati'. in October 2019 she underwent a final surgery to become a complete woman. Soon after that she got chance in the newly started comedy show 'Adhirindi' in Zee Telugu, with the help of mega producer Naga Babu Konidela, who was the Judge of that show as well as 'Jabardasth'. the Adhirindi show only lasted one year and after that she appeared in a new comedy show in Star Maa chanel, the Comedy Stars. in 2021, she was selected as a contestant for the fifth edition of Bigg Boss Reality show in Telugu.

Priyanka Singh became one of the most successful contestants of Bigg Boss 5 Telugu and become the top7 contestant by her mind blowing performance and excellent behavior towards the other house mates. She became the sweetheart of the reality show by her looks and her behavior. She crated history in Bogg Boss shows in India by becoming the first transgender personality to complete more than 50 days in a Bigg Boss show in any regional languages in India. After her eviction too, she remained a favorite and appeared in many TV shows. Now she is awaiting for entry in to the film world. there are news that more than one movie offers are there for her, but this still awaits any official clarification.
