Alastairmck is the username for me, Alastair McKenzie.

Travel Editor/journalist since 1989 (local & national radio). Active member of the travel blogger & social media community. Longstanding member of the British Guild of Travel Writers. I have a micro-niche blog, Mechtraveller.com, focused on historic/battlefield sites, technical/military museums, past & future transport systems.

I contribute some images to Wikimedia Creative Commons under the name Mechtraveller.
