Frank Barreca is an Information Technology Pioneer Businessman and TV Personality since 1983. He was born in Mansfield Ohio in 1956 to Mary Jane [Drago] and Salvatore [Sam] Barreca from Casteldaccia, Sicily. He was uniquely responsible for the development of the 1st Paperless Police Department in the USA where Tandy Model 100 computers were placed in police cruisers.[1]He Co-hosted and Co-produced Software Review on Adams Russell Cable Network in Middlesex, Massachusetts, 1987-88[2] and Co-hosted and Co-produced Computer Digest on Tempo Television with 14.5M subscribers and 750 affiliates. 1988 [3]Frank Barreca is a recognized graphite artist[4] and antique car enthusiast[5] with his 1960 Thunderbird appearing on MotorTrend network TV Show Carfix.
