I extract data from Wikipedia articles and make Tableau visualizations out of them and place them on the articles.

I think a good visualization can speak volumes compared to just a list of numbers.

Especially using "packed bubbles" charts.

Of course I cant place automated Tableau workbooks on Wikipedia. Now that would be something to see.

I do Tableau professionally. 90% of Tableau is collecting the right data and formatting it correctly.

Amazon (AWS) Redshift and Tableau are a marriage made in IT heaven!

If you need help with this type of thing, send your data to:

[ (at) ] = [@]

Be sure to put "wikipedia" in the title of your email.

And I will see what I can do for you.

If you have a LOT of data then we really need to talk...

I just got finished putting the 800 tables from the Department of Education IPEDS system into AWS Redshift for Tableau. The whole thing was a wonderful challenge from start to finish.

Thanks
