Hi, my name is Ludwig Hagelstein and in general I´ll write about one of these two things: Photography, especially analog - meaning traditional chemistry based photography - and some history related topics. Currently, I do my best to contribute to a standardized visual archive of Holocaust memorial plates in Bamberg, Germany. Additionally, I write for a few photography journals like PhotoKlassik International and the Medium Format Magazine, as well as various blogs like emulsive and petapixel.

I believe in free speech, free press, democracy and the mechanisms in place to prevent the latter from failing.
