Details: This press kit was distributed without a Copyright notice or subsequent registration in the USA. The majority of its contents are in the Public Domain in the USA, including paper documents and Publicity photos; except for the 35mm Kodak Slides as these have notices on them which can be seen on Image 2. Each photograph is considered an individual work and require their own notices. Individual notices from the 35mm slides cannot apply to other contents. Any photo that lacks a notice fails the formalities. There are no Copyright registration records from the Fox Broadcasting Company prior to 1994 at the US Copyright Records search.
