[edit]Praneel is a noun from Indian Languages. 1) This is a name derived from combining the names of two Gods - Prasannanjaneya and Neelakanta. 2) This name also means Glowing Black (Telugu/Sanskrit: Prakasam + Neelam). Some consider Neelam as Blue. But in this noun it is considered as black.
