Revibot will convert free media from Korean Wikipedia. This will take a long long time to implement it. :P

Plan as follows:

  1. Trusted user (list on Commons) reviews local file and flag (use template?) for converting.[1]
  2. Bot waits for enough time[2] for possible objection.
  3. If no objection is found, bot converts them and put template saying "{{{1}}} commanded to convert" on file page.
  4. Bot marks local file for deletion, after bot confirms all files are replaced.
