Vasi Zaidi (born 20 September 1987) is an Indian journalist, author, politician, poet and media personality. He is the state spokesperson of Uttarakhand Congress Committee. He was the channel head of Network 10. He used to host several programs including the channel's flagship weekday show Apni Baat, Inside News and Prime Time Debate. Vasi Zaidi joined the Congress party in September 2021 and has worked to promote the party's ideology in Uttarakhand. While holding the post of State Spokesperson of Uttarakhand Congress, he played an important role in Uttarakhand Assembly Election 2022. Vasi Zaidi has done special work for Garhwali and Kumaoni language and has done the work of bringing the regional language to the people through news channel. For the first time, a news channel has broadcast Garhwali and Kumaoni bulletins and programs in such a way that the language has become a brand among the overseas Uttarakhandis and is well received by the people. For which he has been honored at many forums in Delhi and the state. He has worked to bring all the issues related to Uttarakhand's civilization, culture, mountains, especially among the people.
