E-mail requirement/request

I notice that many of your uploads contain the text "If you want to use it on your home page, please contact me!" or "Please send an email to 
Felix König if you want to use this picture." I don't know if it's what you intended, but that sounds to me like a requirement to obtain permission for each individual use. This would fail Commons' licensing requirements and contradict the free license under which you have ostensibly released your works.
If the text is meant as a request, I suggest changing the wording to clarify this. An example of a more appropriate wording might be: "If you use this picture under its free license, a courtesy e-mail to Felix König to notify me would be appreciated." If, however, it is meant as a requirement and you are not willing to change this, the images will have to be deleted from Commons. —LX (talk, contribs) 12:30, 15 November 2009 (UTC)
- I'm sorry for this imprecise comment. Of course it's meant as a request. I'll upload my pictures in thge future with an altered text.
