On the site http://www.ancillatilia.com/ I have found a notice:

We can not accept on Wikimedia Commons the pictures under "all right reserved". If you compare http://www.ancillatilia.com/home/graphics/ADDecember2007.jpg and this deleted picture, you can see this is EXACT the same photo. It means the license was wrong. Some users of Wikimedia Commons nominated his pictures to delete, suspecting copyright violation. And I agree with them: you can not use in Wikimedia Commons the pictures with reserved rights.

- If this question, signed as 213.84.255.6 was yours: I do not imagine another possibility than ask somebody else (paparazzi? but paparazzi work for money...) for a photo, but even if you get it - the author has to agree to use this picture without any reserved copyright, and the acceptance has to be credible.
