Since you wrote that the source of the image was on Flickr, I had to check the Flickr image to make sure that there's no problem with the license. It seems that you, ru:user:Alexkon and Alexon in Flickr are the same person, but to make sure, I suggest you to edit your Flickr page, and add a link to your user page in commons quite like the following example:

- Done. Yes, I am Alexkon on Flickr and I am the author and thus the copyright holder of that image. I uploaded it to Wikimedia Commons under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 License. I know it is currently available on Flickr under an older version of that license. But if you would like to use the image under the older license version, someone else must upload the copy from Flickr again. Alexander Konovalenko 12:37, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
