depends on exact date of illustration:

- The portraits from PD year through 1989 need to be checked if they meet {{PD-US-no-notice}} or {{PD-US-1978-1989}}. Curbon7 (talk) 22:36, 5 June 2024 (UTC)
- I haven't found any sources for the images other than the SOS page using w:Tineye, so I am not sure how to understand whether they were originally published with or without notice. Arlo James Barnes 12:10, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
- Keep Those prior to 1989. As well as a copyright symbol, you still had to register with the USCO to be eligible for copyright protection. I have checked the database for those prior to 1989 under variations of the people's name and have not found any registration. file:Stephanie Gonzales.jpg (1991-1998) and file:Mary Herrera.jpg (2007-2010) and file:Dianna Duran.jpg (2011-2015) would be under an active copyright, unless released under a CC license. --RAN (talk) 13:22, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
