Proposed move from Workers' houses in Finland to People's Houses in Finland

I believe the contents of this category should be moved to Category:People's Houses in Finland. There are a lot of other categories like ”Workers' houses in <country>”, but these seem to be about residential buildings of the working class, whereas the Finnish ”työväentalo” is a community centre of sorts. People's houses seems to be simple enough as it is used already in YSO. If we think wider categorization do you have ideas how we should categorize different types of seuraintalo? (other than työväentalo too)

 Support As @Kooma mentioned, "People's house" is the name used for similar buildings in other countries, according to the Universality principle, the same name should be used also for such buildings in Finland. And as @Zache mentioned, "people's house" is also the term used in YSO, there is really no reason to keep the current name. ––Apalsola ^{t • c} 17:11, 16 August 2022 (UTC)

@Kooma and Zache: The move request has been on the page for more than two weeks, three persons supported the move and no one objected, so I

• moved all the current content under Category:People's Houses in Finland
• intentionaly did not add {{Category redirect}} template since there are relevant content also for Category:Workers' houses by country (already addes some)
• moved the two Workers' houses in <city> subcategories to the respective People's Houses in <city> categories (also added category redirects for those)
• made some re-categorization in both Category:People's Houses in Finland and Category:Workers' houses in Finland
• intentionally did not rename categories of individual buildings (e.g. "Tampere Workers' Hall‎") because as proper nouns they may be (semi-)official names/translations, so they need to be handled case-by-case.

Ja kirjoitankin nyt suomeksi. Perinteisesti työväen keskuudessa on ollut kahdenlaisia yhdistyksiä ja muita yhteenliittymiä, koska on ollut kahdenlaista työväkeä. Ainakin jossain vaiheessa niiden erona oli se että työväen- olivat demarivetoisia ja kansan- olivat kommunistivetoisia. En osaa sanoa, päteekö jako vielä, mutta edelleen on olemassa Työväen sivistysliitto ja Kansan sivistysliitto, Kansantalojen liitto ja Työväentalojen liitto. --Htm (talk) 20:17, 25 August 2022 (UTC)

@Htm: Luokitteluun tällä ei kuitenkaan liene vaikutusta, koska sekä työväen- että kansantalojen käyttötarkoitus on kuitenkin sellainen, että ne luokitellaan Commonsissa People's houses -luokan alle. Workers' house -luokat taas on varattu työväen asumuksille, joita suomalaiset työväen- tai kansantalot eivät ole. Tarvittaessa luokan Category:People's Houses in Finland suomenkielinen kuvaus voidaan muuttaa muotoon "Suomen työväen- ja kansantalot." ––Apalsola ^{t • c} 13:24, 11 October 2022 (UTC)
