Commons needs more administrators. Cnyborg will be a nice administrator here. He is already an admin and a bureaucrat at no.wikipedia, where he one of the most respected users. He is also handling press relations for Wikipedia in Norway.

Here at Commons is he participating in translating help pages into Norwegian. He is also participating in deletion discussions, where he shows good knowledge of Norwegian copyright law.

Cnyborg has accepted the nomination in an e-mail to me. He writes that he will help out deleting the backlog of old copyvios. –Kjetil_r 22:16, 9 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Kjetil. I'd just like to confirm that I've accepted the nomination, and that I also feel it is important to have more Scandinavian-language users here now, and particulary Norwegian-speaking ones, as no: is currently pushing hard to move all image uploads to Commons. I've worked a lot with images there, and feel that when we push all the problems over to Commons, it's only fair that some of us also take on the responsibility for following up.
