Опис штандарта Міністра оборони України

Штандарт Міністра оборони України являє собою квадратне полотнище малинового кольору, у центрі якого зображено емблему Міністерства оборони України. Полотнище по периметру має лиштву, обшиту золотим кантом. На лиштві орнамент у вигляді зображення листя і кетягів калини. У кутах штандарта - зображення прямих рівносторонніх хрестів із розбіжними сторонами. Сторони штандарта, крім верхнього краю полотнища, прикрашено золотою бахромою. Розмір полотнища 90 х 90 см, а висота емблеми становить 5/7 висоти штандарта.

Усі зображення на полотнищі штандарта виконано золотим шитвом.

Обидві сторони полотнища ідентичні.

Древко штандарта дерев'яне, коричневого кольору. Верхівка древка стрілоподібна з жовтого металу, у ній вміщено рельєфне зображення емблеми Збройних Сил України. Штандарт прикріплюється до основи верхівки за допомогою шнура, з'єднаного з дерев'яним стрижнем, вставленим у верхню частину полотнища.

Підток древка з жовтого металу у вигляді зрізаного конуса.
