English: U.S. Army Spc. Quentin Bradford from North Chicago, Ill., an air traffic control specialist for 3rd Battalion, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, Task Force Corsair, guides two CH-47 Chinooks as they descend onto his flight line on Forward Operating Base Shank April 11. The air traffic controllers at FOB Shank oversee the movement of hundreds of aircraft every day without the benefit of much of the advanced technology available to their civilian counterparts in the States.
