ไทย: เครื่องหมายราชการแห่งกระทรวงแรงงาน ภายในรูปวงกลมมีรูปเทพบดีถือพระขรรค์รักษาความเป็นธรรมอยู่กลาง พระหัตถ์ขวาประสาทพร เทวดาอยู่เบื้องซ้ายถือม้วนสาราเปรียบเหมือนนายจ้าง และเทวดาเบื้องซ้ายถือผึ่งและดิ่ง เปรียบเหมือนลูกจ้าง ทั้งสามองค์เหาะลอยเปล่งรัศมีอยู่เหนือลายเมฆ หมายถึงความสามัคคีร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันทุกฝ่าย เพื่อความเจริญก้าวหน้าในกิจการงานอันมีประสิทธิภาพของชาติ
