Description
English: Luis Illescas, center, site lead for the Medical Simulation Training Center located at Fort McCoy, Wis., explains to Brig. Gen. Gracus K. Dunn, deputy commanding general for Support, First Army Division West; left, about the state of the art medical training in the form of Medical Education and Demonstration of Individual Competence (MEDIC) training and testing, and Combat Lifesaver Course (CLC) training for the U.S. Army Reserve and other Department of Defense agencies. Illescas explained that their training aids are equipped with anatomical male and female external features; because when soldiers are searching for wounds, they tend to look over and miss wounds near the genitalia and breast area, March 25.
