Description
English: Lt. Gen. Jeffrey S. Buchanan, Commander, Army North (Fifth Army) and Command Sgt. Maj. Ronald E. Orosz, Army North (Fifth Army), present George and Eva Davila with the Distinguished Quartermaster Plaque for their service and support to the service members and their families of Fort Sam Houston, during the Veterans Celebration Ceremony held at MacArthur Field Field, November 9. Sixteen WWII era veterans from the San Antonio community were honored in a Veteran’s Day ceremony also.
