Thanks for fixing my error. I didn't realise I was editing a commons image page because I followed a link from English Wikipedia.

From the English Wikipedia standpoint, this image would be viewed as "non-free" because there's no explicit assignment of redistribution so it's incompatible with our GFDL site license. I don't know how this translates into "commonse". --Tony Sidaway 05:13, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

Indeed, there's no explicit permission to redistribute, but I really don't think it merits speedy deletion. The permission is ambiguous at best (does "whatever" count as "any purpose"? I don't know, but it seems murky), and I've contacted the author. --Eyrian 05:42, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

PS: are you sure turning it into SVG open it for copyright protection and allow you the right to licence it using a creative commons licence ?
