Colombia[edit]

Don't change the map. Legalization of same-sex marriage was not ordered by the Constitutional Court. Court ruled that same-sex couples should be granted similar rights to marriage. the court did not specify whether it should be marriage or some form of civil union. The Court also stated that the definition of marriage as a union between a man and a woman is constitutional. Notaries offer same-sex couples the possibility to register as solemn unions. See [1], [2], [3], [4], [5]. Attorney general just expressed his opinion. No order obliging the notaries to issue marriage licenses was issued. Ron 1987 (talk) 00:25, 23 June 2013 (UTC)
