One does not necessarily need a bot for this. Most browsers natively support SVG creation on-the-fly and uploading from memory also works using AJAX (especially with SVGs because they don't need to be re-encoded (they should be UTF-8 and the default encoding when POSTing stuff using the browser is UTF-8)). We just need a set of good maps and someone who has the time to code it (for regulary updates, a bot is required, however, yes, but I could imagine that a simple UI that runs in the browser would be also welcome). -- Rillke^(q?) 08:41, 17 June 2013 (UTC)
