Designed by Tacoma architects Lundberg & Mahon in 1920 and constructed the following year. A sign over the door indicates that at some time it was a Knights of Columbus hall. Various other signs show current or recent use of the building as Big Apple Casino (with off-track betting for Emerald Downs), Club Broadway, and The Vibe.
